About Villette. Miami's Mobile Coffee Cart & Espresso Bar
After moving to Miami, Jasmine craved the unique haven of a specialty coffee shop, a place that offered a moment away from the hustle and noise of the busy streets. Opening a coffee shop had long been one of her life goals, and in 2019, that dream evolved into launching a specialty coffee cart catering company in Miami.
Together with her husband, Aaron, she created Villette, a mobile espresso bar designed to bring the experience of a beautifully crafted coffee shop directly to weddings, corporate events, baby showers, and private celebrations throughout South Florida.
Villette, our “little village,” reflects the idea at the core of our work: creating a small, memorable community moment inside a much bigger event. That's shaped how we approach brand activations, from custom cart wraps and signature drinks to logo-printed latte art that turns every cup into a shareable, on-brand moment.
We've partnered with national brands, including working directly inside a Nike retail space in Miami's Brickell neighborhood, building a fully custom cart and signature drink around their identity as well as corporate teams running product launches, conferences, and experiential campaigns across Miami, Broward, and West Palm Beach. For marketing and event teams, we handle the coffee program end-to-end: staffing, custom branding, signature menus, and setup so your activation runs seamlessly and looks exactly on-brand.

Are you a coffee enthusiast with a passion for people? We're seeking talented baristas to join our team for various events throughout the year.
What You'll Do:
Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist with inventory management and restocking.
Participate in opening and closing procedures.
What You'll Need:
Previous barista experience preferred but not required.
Strong coffee knowledge and passion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Committed to continuous learning and improvement
Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds.
