These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of villettecoffeecart.com (the “Website”), operated by Villette (“Villette,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

These Terms apply to use of the Website. Catering, beverage, event, and related services booked through Villette are governed separately by the applicable Villette Catering & Beverage Services Agreement, proposal, quote, invoice, and any other written agreement between Villette and the Client.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use this Website for lawful purposes, including:

  • Learning about Villette and our services

  • Viewing examples of our work

  • Requesting information or a quote

  • Contacting our team

  • Exploring event and beverage service options

  • Reading our educational or promotional content

You agree not to use the Website in a way that could damage, disable, disrupt, or interfere with the Website, its security, or another person's use of the Website.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, introduce malicious code, misuse Website forms, impersonate another person or organization, or use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

2. Services & Event Bookings

Villette provides mobile coffee cart catering, espresso bars, matcha service, specialty beverage service, brand activations, custom branding, and related event services.

Information displayed on the Website regarding our services is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability.

Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not reserve an event date or obligate Villette to provide services.

An event is considered booked only after the applicable booking requirements communicated by Villette have been completed, including any required proposal or agreement acceptance and payment.

Event bookings are governed by Villette's applicable Catering & Beverage Services Agreement and the specific proposal, quote, or invoice issued for the event.

If these Website Terms conflict with an applicable Catering & Beverage Services Agreement regarding a booked event, the Catering & Beverage Services Agreement will control with respect to that event.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Prices, starting prices, packages, menu options, customization options, and other pricing information displayed on the Website are provided as general guidance and may change without notice.

Final event pricing may depend on factors including:

  • Guest count

  • Service duration

  • Event location

  • Number of service stations or carts

  • Staffing requirements

  • Beverage selections

  • Custom branding

  • Equipment requirements

  • Travel

  • Venue conditions

  • Load-in requirements

  • Other event-specific needs

A quote or proposal issued directly by Villette will determine the applicable pricing and included services for a particular event.

Website pricing does not constitute a guaranteed price or binding offer.

4. Quote Requests & Information You Provide

When requesting a quote or submitting information through the Website, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Villette may rely on the information you provide when evaluating availability, preparing pricing, or recommending services.

Submitting false, incomplete, or materially inaccurate information may affect the accuracy of a quote or Villette's ability to provide the requested services.

Information submitted through our Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Communications

When you contact Villette or submit an inquiry, we may communicate with you by email, telephone, text message, or other methods you have provided or authorized in connection with your inquiry.

Communications necessary to respond to a quote request, discuss an event, administer a booking, or provide contracted services are considered service-related communications.

Marketing and promotional communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable consent requirements.

Where applicable, you may opt out of promotional email or text communications using the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content—including photographs, videos, graphics, text, logos, designs, menus, layouts, branding, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Villette and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view Website content for personal use or legitimate evaluation of Villette's services.

The Villette name, logo, branding, photographs, and other proprietary materials may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership without our prior written permission.

7. Client & Third-Party Brands

Our Website may display photographs or examples of events featuring client names, trademarks, logos, products, venues, or other third-party materials.

All third-party trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The appearance of a company, brand, venue, product, or logo on our Website does not necessarily indicate an ongoing partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Examples of previous work are displayed to illustrate Villette's experience and capabilities and do not guarantee that identical designs, products, materials, or services will be available for another event.

8. Photography & Portfolio Content

Images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual equipment, beverages, presentation, materials, branding, and event setups may vary depending on availability and the specific services purchased.

Use of photographs or event content relating to a contracted client may also be subject to the applicable Catering & Beverage Services Agreement, confidentiality agreement, or other written agreement.

9. Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information on our Website.

However, we do not guarantee that all Website information will always be complete, accurate, current, or free from typographical or technical errors.

10. Third-Party Websites & Services

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, payment services, booking tools, or other external services.

These third-party services are operated independently from Villette.

Villette does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, privacy practices, policies, or operation of third-party websites or services.

Your use of a third-party website or service is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policies.

Specific commitments concerning an event are established through the applicable proposal, quote, invoice, Catering & Beverage Services Agreement, or other written agreement with Villette.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Villette will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Liability relating to catering, beverage, event, or other contracted services is governed separately by the applicable Catering & Beverage Services Agreement and related event documents.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights through your use of the Website.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. No Waiver

Villette's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

19. Changes to These Terms

Villette may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Website, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

Updated Terms will become effective when posted to the Website unless otherwise stated.
