Every event is assigned a dedicated event coordinator as your single point of contact from the first conversation through event day. Depending on the size and scale of your event, we also assign event leads on site to manage service and keep things running smoothly.

We start with a detailed event questionnaire to understand your guest count, timeline, layout, and any branding needs. From there, your coordinator manages logistics and communication leading up to the event, and your on-site lead handles execution, so you have a consistent point of contact from planning through breakdown.
