2. Catering & Beverage Services
Information displayed on this Website regarding Villette's catering, beverage, event, branding, or related services is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability.
Submitting an inquiry or requesting a quote does not reserve an event date or create a service agreement with Villette.
Event bookings are subject to availability, an approved proposal or quote, required payment, and Villette's applicable Catering & Beverage Services Agreement.
Where there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a Catering & Beverage Services Agreement applicable to a booked event, the Catering & Beverage Services Agreement will control with respect to the event and Services.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices, starting prices, packages, menus, services, customization options, and other information displayed on the Website may change without notice.
Website pricing is intended as general guidance unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary based on factors including guest count, event duration, location, staffing, menu selections, equipment, travel, custom branding, venue requirements, and event logistics.
A quote or proposal issued directly by Villette will determine the pricing and Services offered for a specific event.
Services, dates, menu items, equipment, customization options, and other offerings are subject to availability.
4. Quote & Contact Forms
When submitting information through the Website, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Information submitted through Website forms may be used by Villette to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, communicate about requested Services, and conduct related business activities in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Submission of a Website form does not guarantee availability, pricing, or acceptance of an event.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content—including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, designs, menus, branding, page layouts, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to Villette and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use Website content for personal or legitimate business evaluation purposes.

Liability arising from contracted catering or beverage Services is governed separately by the applicable Catering & Beverage Services Agreement.

Villette may update these Website Terms & Conditions periodically.
Changes will become effective when the revised Terms are posted to the Website. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

50% of total invoice due upon acceptance, no dates/equipment will be reserved until 50% deposit has been received.
Credit card details must be provided as security against payment - a “ Credit Card Authorization Form/Link” will be provided when invoice issued.
Final payment is required five business days prior to the function date.
In the event that a booking is made within 72 hours full payment of invoice is required at time booking.

Final guest number are to be provided as follows:
Three working days prior for standard items
If final numbers decades after given time frames have lapsed, the full cost of the original numbers will still apply.
If final numbers increase after given time frames have lapsed. Villette cannot guarantee accommodation.

Notifications of any/all dietary requirrenmnbts is required no later than three business days prior to event date.
Disclaimer - whilst Villette does it best to ensure no cross contamination of food preparation and food service, we cannot guarantee it will not occur. Food items may be prepared in the same kitchen water allergens are present - including meat, wheat/gluten, milk, eggs,,peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, fish, shellfish, and soy. Prepared/pre-packaged products used may be prepared in premises where allergens are present.

All event contact details, timings, run sheets, set-up and break down detail, venue contacts are required five (5) business days prior to event to ensure smooth delivery.
Villette reserves the right to charge an additional fee for events that require a difficult set up such as staircases or delayed service set up.

A travel fee applies to events conducted outside the Broward County are. Further detail on travel fees can be provided on request.
Villette reserves the right to apply this to any events where a location had changed from what was originally quoted.
Dependent on location, service times and service periods an additional accommodation fee may be charged for staff accommodation expenses.

Staff Costs
A minimum charge is incurred of 2 hours service ( + 1 hour set -up and 1 hour break down) as per industry standard.

Quotes are valid for 60 days. If events are further than 6 months from date of quote we cannot guarantee price variation will no occur.
Villette will quote up to 6 months in advance, however to secure quoted price deposit payment within 60 days of date of initial quote must be made.

Standard cancellation terms in the event of cancelation less than 48 hours prior to event date, the 50% deposit is not refundable. All deposit for cancelled events will be converted to a credit note for future booking and not refunded in cash.

Interest on Overdue accounts -
Overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 3% (compounded daily), calculate for the period the account is due until the date is it paid.
Collection Costs - in the event where an overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, the client will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including commission on collection of the additional cost and also including legal demand costs.
