Villette brings mobile coffee carts and espresso bars to events across South Florida. We serve Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties with the same setup everywhere: a professional barista, the cart, setup and breakdown.
Our beans are roasted in Miami by Golden Bush Coffee. Pick the espresso bar for mornings and conferences, the matcha bar for showers and launches, or the espresso martini bar for evening events.

Three Bars, One Booking
Pick one bar, or combine two for a longer day.
Espresso bar: lattes, cappuccinos, americanos and cold brew made to order with beans roasted in Miami by Golden Bush Coffee. It fits conference floors, booth activations and early wedding hours.
Matcha bar: ceremonial-grade matcha whisked to order, hot or iced, with dairy-free milks. Guests at showers, wellness events and launches often want something besides coffee.
Espresso martini bar: fresh espresso with premium mixers and garnishes, for cocktail hours, galas and late receptions.
Longer days work well with two bars, for example espresso for the program and martinis for the reception.

Miami-Dade
For the Nike Vomero 18 launch in Brickell, we built a custom-branded cart inside the store, printed the cups and served a signature Strawberry Latte created for the launch. Miami Art Week runs November 30 to December 6 in 2026, with Art Basel Miami Beach open to the public December 4 to 6, so book early for that week.
Broward
At SBC Summit Americas 2026, Zenith built coffee into its exhibition booth at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale. We planned the setup with the booth fabricator ahead of time and served about 500 guests over two days. The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show fills the city every year from late October into early November.
Palm Beach
In Boca Raton, we created a fully branded coffee activation for Steve Madden and Jildor at an in-store pop-up. The Palm Beach International Boat Show takes over Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach each March and is scheduled for March 17 to 21 in 2027.
Which Setup Fits Your Event
Conferences and wedding mornings usually start with the espresso bar. Showers, wellness events and launches suit the matcha bar, which gives guests something besides coffee. Cocktail hours and receptions suit the espresso martini bar. For a long day, pair two bars, such as espresso for the program and martinis for the reception, and add a second cart for a larger guest count.

Trade shows and convention booths
Zenith worked with us ahead of SBC Summit Americas 2026 to build the espresso bar into its own booth. Instead of a freestanding cart, our equipment and service needs were planned with the booth fabricator, so the bar looked like part of the exhibit. If you are exhibiting in South Florida, send us your booth plans early.
Retail launches and brand pop-ups
