At a busy show, every booth is competing for attention. A coffee bar gives attendees a reason to step in, wait a few minutes and talk to your team, and many come back for a second drink later in the day.
Exhibitor booths
A branded cart in your booth, or an espresso bar planned with your booth fabricator so it is part of the exhibit. Printed cups and a signature drink carry your brand through the hall.
Conferences and sponsor lounges
Coffee for registration, morning sessions and breaks, or a sponsored lounge where attendees can sit down between talks.
Multi-day shows and evening receptions
We staff each day of the show, and the espresso martini bar works for exhibitor receptions and after-hours events.
Zenith at SBC Summit Americas 2026
At the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, we built a full espresso bar into Zenith’s exhibition booth, planned in advance with their booth fabricator. Over two days, two baristas served about 500 guests with hot and iced drinks in custom printed cups, using our independent water system.

Frequently asked questions
Can the coffee bar be built into our booth?
Yes. For Zenith at SBC Summit Americas, we planned the setup with the booth fabricator so the espresso bar was part of the exhibit instead of a separate cart.
What do you need from the venue or show organizer?
A standard outlet and floor space. The water system is self-contained, so no plumbing is needed. Convention centers have their own rules for vendors and load-in, so send us your exhibitor kit when you book.
Can you serve for more than one show day?
Yes. We staff each day you book. Zenith booked us for both days of SBC Summit Americas.
How many attendees can you serve?
At SBC Summit Americas, two baristas served about 500 guests over two days. For bigger shows, add a second cart or a second bar.
Can you brand the cups and drinks?
Yes. Custom printed cups, signage and a signature drink for your brand are all available.
