At Villette, we bring a full espresso bar directly to your venue, so instead of a generic drink table, your guests get handcrafted lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks made to order, right in front of them.
What's actually on the menu
Our standard wedding menu includes espresso, Americano, cappuccino, vanilla latte, brown sugar latte, and matcha — with whole, almond, or oat milk included at no extra charge. Want to go further? Couples often add cold brew, chai, lemonade, or hot chocolate for guests who aren't coffee drinkers, and we always keep a bit of decaf on hand for anyone who needs it.
Make it yours
This is where most couples have the most fun. We offer custom branding on cups, menu signage, and even the cart itself, so you can work in your wedding colors, monogram, or theme. Past couples have had us create a signature drink named after their relationship — something like a house cocktail, but for coffee. If you have an idea, tell us and we'll figure out how to bring it to life.
Where it fits into your day
A coffee cart works well at almost any point in a wedding: cocktail hour, so guests have something warm while photos are being taken; late into the reception, when a hit of caffeine helps keep the dance floor going; or the next morning, as a relaxed touch for a post-wedding brunch. Some couples book us for more than one of these — we offer multi-day rates for weekend-long celebrations.
The logistics, handled
We know venues can be unpredictable, so here's what we actually need: about a 6-by-4-foot space for the cart (plus a little extra if you're adding iced drinks and need a cooler nearby), and one dedicated standard electrical outlet. If you're not sure whether your venue can accommodate that, we're happy to coordinate directly with your venue coordinator ahead of time. We handle full setup and breakdown ourselves, and we arrive early so everything's ready before your first guest walks up.
We also accommodate dietary needs — vegan, kosher, nut-free, whatever your guest list calls for — as long as we know in advance.

How booking works
Getting started is simple: fill out our inquiry form with your date, venue, and guest count, and we'll send a custom quote within 24–48 hours. Once you're ready to move forward, a signed agreement and deposit locks in your date.
